The information is provided by the Wielkopolska Spółka Gazownicza located in Poznań, branch office in Ostrów Wielkopolski. The Gas Company is open for any individual negotiation with the potential foreign investor. The negotiations depend on a quantity of the gas used (quoted in m3 per 1 hour ) by the gas receiver - client. Moreover the gas company is able to co-finance and finance a building investment of the gas net (pipeline), depending on the quantity of the used gas by the client.

We assume that company uses gas in production process and social activity , therefore it is qualify to the tariff group W6. It means that the contracted power ( b ) is located in a following range : 65 < b < 600. B is quoted in m3 per 1 hour units.

The company could co-finance the gas-net building investment and gas connection provided that b > 200 m3/hour and the client will declare the quantity of the gas , used per 1day. Gas is provided by a pipeline to the receiver/client. The diameter of pipelines is: 50, 63, 75 and 90 mm and depends on the quantity of the used gas.
Attachment nb 1 shows a maximum capacity of the pipeline.

Prices and payments for receivers who are connected to the gas net
The payment for the used gas is calculated as follow : the gas quantity (measured by the gas meter) multiplied by its price.
Additionally the client covers the cost of the gas transmission according to following pattern:

Qg = Szg*Q + Ssg*Mp*T

Qg - a payment for a transfer service
Szg - a rate of a variable payment for a gas transfer is different and depends from seasons (winter and summer).
Q - a quantity of gas adequately for winter and for summer season
Ssg - a rate of a constant group payment [quoted in PLN/(m3/h)] for each 1 hour of the calculation period
Mp - a contracted power ( quoted in m3/h )
T - a number of hours in the calculation period

The receiver is obliged to pay a monthly constant fee and the gas company provides gas to each receiver, who is connected to the gas net - according to the agreement.

The attachment nr 2 presents prices and payments for receivers, who are connected to the gas net.

The Commune and Town Odolanów has provided details concerning the building possibilities of the gas pipeline on the investment sites. The planed capacity of the described pipeline is 400 m3/h The information including a connection cost and pipeline length are presented separately for every investment site :

• Gliśnica III - there is a building possibility for gas pipeline PE 180, length 500m, the connection cost - 30 000 PLN
• Gliśnica II - there is a building possibility for gas pipeline PE 180, length 450m,the connection cost - 30 000 PLN
• Gliśnica I - there is a building possibility for gas pipeline PE 90, length 1000m, the connection cost - 55 000 PLN
